We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn and undamaged items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate a return.

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Please consider that most of our jewelry pieces are handmade to order prior to purchasing. Made-to-order pieces ship out 2 to 4 weeks from your date of purchase. In-stock items will be sent out in 1-2 business days.
Return
To start a return or exchange, please notify us at support@naecojewelry.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Return and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping, which will be deducted from your total refund.
